Privacy and enquiry handling.

Only share enough detail for rors development to understand the enquiry and prepare a useful first response.

Data handling

How enquiry details are used.

Information submitted through the enquiry form is stored for lead review and follow-up. Email draft enquiries are handled through your email provider.

The form stores the contact details you provide, the business type, preferred contact method, process notes, system notes, submission time, source path, user agent, and a hashed submitter key used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, understand the process you want to improve, and prepare a practical next step. They are kept only while needed for those purposes unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, customer records, medical information, financial account details, or other sensitive personal data through the website.

If a calendar, CRM, or webhook integration is configured later, information sent through that provider will be handled according to that provider's terms and privacy settings.

For privacy or data-handling questions, contact contact@rors.dev.
